Privacy and partnership enquiries

How your request is processed

When you submit a partnership request, your contact details, organisation, selected enquiry categories, readiness and message are transmitted securely to SORPA for reviewing and responding to your enquiry. Submission requires your agreement to this policy.

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes security checks through Turnstile. Resend delivers the request to the SORPA team by email. These providers process information needed to operate these services. Your request does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Security and browser data

The website does not add analytics or marketing trackers. Form answers are held in page memory until you leave, reload or successfully submit. Turnstile processes device and network signals to prevent automated abuse; the server also uses the source IP for short-term rate limiting. Turnstile tokens and IP addresses are not included in the notification email.

Your information

Please provide only information relevant to a partnership conversation. Do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive documents. Requests are delivered to the team’s mailbox; this website does not create a user account or a public profile.
